In Luke 23:39-43
One of the thieves recognized the Kingdom of Heaven by believing that Jesus Christ was a King with the future Kingdom.
- The thief saw Jesus Christ a King of all kings despite seeing dying Jesus Christ a shameful death.
- The two thieves felt the same toutcher, shame and pain but this one asked for mercy.
- Two of you can face the same situaton; serious sicknesses, pains or trials but any one who calls on Jesus, he will hears and saves. Joel 2: says “…anyone who called on the name of the Lord shall be saved.”
- An opportunity or salvation is always available even at the cross for one to grap it.
- Avoid wasting time in judging yourself when you are in pain.
